Does 21 have a fireplace
Yes, there is a wood burning fireplace inside and braai facilities on the patio
Are you pet friendly?
Unfortunately pets are not allowed.
What are your check-in/out hours?
Check-in from 14:00 pm

What is included in the accommodation rates?
21 is fully equipped with a kitchen.
Linen and towels are provided.
21 has a wood-burning fireplace. We pack your fire with the initial wood.
21 is fully Self-Catering.
Coffee, tea, milk, and sugar are provided for a complimentary cup per day.
How many people do 21 sleep?
21 sleep 6 adults
What should I pack?
Our summers can be warm with cooler nights, so always pack a pull over, our winters are fresh to chilly. We some times have 4 seasons in one day, no matter the season.
Can I get a refund?
Cancellation of your booking 7 days prior to arrival qualifies for a 100% refund, 3 days a 50% refund but after that no refund.
What are your terms and conditions?
POPI Act TERMS AND CONDITIONS Paddocks 21 adheres to the POPI Act in order to protect our guests from harm and their right to privacy. We ensure the integrity and safekeeping of personal information in our possession or under our control. We will take steps to prevent the information being lost or damaged, or unlawfully accessed. It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID must be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the guest house. Without original copy or valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check-in.
• Proof of Identification • Loss or Damage to Paddocks 21 Should Paddocks 21 suffer any loss or damage as a result of an act or omission by a guest or visitor of a guest, the guest will remain liable for full reimbursement of such loss or damage incurred and will be billed accordingly. • Right of Admission Reserved Paddocks 21 always reserves the full right of admission and accepts no liability for any loss or damage that may result from the legal and reasonable exercising of such rights.
